Princess Parties Louisville offers a wide variety of Princesses and Princes with high-end costuming, wigs and performances for birthday parties and events.
Our characters are sure to enchant all of your party guests!
We’re On Time
We take pride in timeliness. We do our best to ensure your performer arrives to your event on time. If he/she arrives a few minutes late, missed time will be extended at the end of their gig.
Quality Performances
We're well-known for our beautiful costumes, wigs and performances. Our actors go through training to match the look and quality of Theme Park Characters.
Money Back Guarantee
Although rare, we promise you'll receive a full refund for any event that we have to cancel last-minute. If for any reason you need to postpone your event, we will do our very best to reschedule your character(s) for another day within 60 days of your originally scheduled party/event day.
Princess Party Activities
Loaded with fun and engaging activities for all of your guests, we make every party unforgettable for your child! Activities listed here are an example of what may or may not be included at your event. Party activities are at the discretion of the performer and the character they’re portraying.
The Grand Entrance
The character of your choice will make a royal entrance to your party or event. Make sure to have your camera ready to capture your child’s reaction when they first see their favorite character!
Interactive Story Time
Our princesses and princes gather the children and guests for story time as she recounts their adventures and experiences!
Story books will be provided.
Sing Along
Watch and record as your princess or prince of choice serenades your guests with fan favorite songs from his or her feature film! Not all of our characters sing, so feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Face Paintings
Your character of choice will offer face or hand painting designs for each and every party guest. Our face paints are 100% machine washable and hypoallergenic.
If provided by the host, temporary tattoos or stickers may be applied as an addition or alternative for the face and hand paintings.
Character Training
Your guests will learn how to gracefully talk, walk, act and dance like a princess, fight like a Jedi or help fight crime with their favorite superheroes!
Who better to show the party guests epic and beautiful moves than their favorite characters themselves? Adults are welcomed in on the fun as well!
Birthday Ceremony & Photo Opportunities
The characters of your choosing will wrap up your party by leading the “Happy Birthday” song and can assist the lucky birthday boy or girl in cake cutting.
The characters will make sure there’s plenty of designated time to take pictures with the party guests. The opportunities to take plenty of photos and videos are endless!

The Silver Package
45 Minutes - First Character $200**
DEAL: If you book two or more characters, each additional character will be discounted to $150** for both the Silver Package and the Gold Package!
45 minute meet-and-greet time.
Princesses sing “Happy Birthday” during cake time.
Picture time with your favorite Princesses at your location of choice!
Face painting, story time, dancing and “Royal Training,”
**A travel fee may be added to the total to go towards the actors’ gasoline cost and to cover their time traveling to and from your party location.
The Gold Package
75 Minutes - First Character $235**
DEAL: If you book two or more characters, each additional character will be discounted to $150** for both the Silver Package and the Gold Package!
GOLD PACKAGE ONLY - Everything in the Silver Package is included in the Gold Package. The Gold Package is our most popular party package. Enjoy 75 minutes with your favorite Princesses!
Starting with a grand entrance, the Princesses and Princes will have the opportunity to sing and dance with the party guests, will read the character’s book for story time, face paint each guest and perform a “royal training” with the kids. Your party guests will learn to curtsy, dance, walk, wave and move like a real princess. The actors will bring the characters’ story books with them, a hypoallergenic/washable face painting kit and paint brushes.
All characters will leave time to sing “Happy Birthday,” and can assist in cutting the cake, some princesses pass out stickers and take pictures with each and every guest. Get your cameras ready - the photo ops will be endless!
Some actors bring their own music and speakers with them, however we ask that hosts provide the following:
Theme park/characters’ sing-a-long songs, ready to be cued or playing in the background.
A table and chairs, paper towels and water for face painting, an area for the princesses to comfortably sit for story time. If your “kiddo count” is more than 15 children, we recommend hiring two or more characters to give each child the face paint time they deserve.
A backdrop or a brightly lit area to take pictures. Outdoor pictures (weather permitting) with natural light is highly recommended!

90+ Minutes
All of the character entertainment in the Silver and Gold Packages can be customized and included in our Platinum Package.
This is the perfect package to choose for large parties, business grand openings, employee appreciation days, senior/independent living and nursing home visits, balls, fairs and festivals, tea parties and much, much more!

PLEASE NOTE: Our mission and main goal is to provide wonderful, innocent, magical, and memorable experiences to our customers and for our actors. Princess Parties Louisville, LLC. reserves the right and ability to deny, refund or cancel any party, event or specific character requests that may be deemed inappropriate, unsafe or against our ethical and professional standards.
